HAWKE® Limited Warranty (U.S. and Canada)

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Subject to the limitations noted below, all Hawke® products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. If a product proves to be defective, Hawke Sport Optics, LLC, at its option, will repair the product or replace the product with a similar product.

Who is Covered

The Hawke® Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and limited to original owners who can provide proof of purchase.

What is Not Covered

Laser, red dot sights, nature cameras and laser range finders carry a two (2) year warranty. Windage and elevation caps, lens covers and sunshades are not covered by any warranty.

The Hawke® limited lifetime warranty does not cover products (i) used in a manner other than specified in the operations or instructions manual; (ii) not properly maintained in compliance with care and handling instructions; (iii) altered, repaired or show evidence of an attempt of alterations or repairs by persons other than a certified Hawke® Sport Optics technician; or (iv) otherwise misused, neglected or tampered with. Regular maintenance and cleaning are not covered by the warranty.

In no event will Hawke Sport Optics, LLC be responsible for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages, whether such damages would be otherwise recoverable for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service

All products returned to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC for a warranty claim must have prior approval of a Hawke® Customer Service employee in the form of a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA must be displayed on the exterior of the return carton. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. The RMA number assigned will expire 30 days from date of issue. To obtain an RMA, please call 877-429-5347.

After you obtain your RMA, you should send your product to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC, 6015 Highview Drive, Suite G, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46818. You must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return your product to Hawke Sport Optics, LLC. Hawke Sport Optics, LLC will pay the shipping charges to return the product to the customer.

Upon receipt of a returned product, Hawke
Sport Optics, LLC will verify warranty coverage. If the product is not covered by warranty, Hawke Sport Optics, LLC will send you an estimate of the cost to repair your product
prior to performing any services not covered by warranty.

Your Rights Under State Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Returns Any product you wish to return to Hawke Sport Optics must be in new, unused condition with all packaging fully intact. It may not have been mounted or used in the field. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
